Last week I announced I was part-taking in a short diet known as 5 Foods 5 Days. Well, a week later and I’m pleased to announce it totally worked; I lost a pound a day for a total of 5lbs! Even though it was only for just a few days, it was still a challenge for me. If you know me, you know I love my wine and salty snacks! So I’m even moreso proud of the fact that I didn’t cave into temptation and was able to stay disciplined.
Do any of you think you’d try this? Fellow blog pal Carly is doing a thirty day challenge so I encourage anyone interested in trying a healthy eating challenge to read her posts on her current experiences, as well.

Congrats on the success! What kinds of meals really filled you up? I would be so worried I wouldn’t feel full without at least some kind of chicken or fish!
Thanks Tiera! The meals were a combination of the five foods: spinach, eggs, raspberries, almonds & fat free yogurt. It surprisingly kept me pretty full!
