And just like that, 2012 has come to an end. I must say, I am not sad to see it go. We rang in the new year quietly with family, champagne & a few rounds of Apples to Apples–just the way I wanted.
Speaking of quiet, I know its been crickets around these parts lately but I’m looking forward to dusting off the cobwebs and getting back to more consistent posting around here. Between my new job and freelance I am ultra busy but this space is important to me so I am going to make a better effort to be more present.
2012 was a year of learning and 2013 will be a year of applying those lessons. I’ve got some travel plans in the works including a trip to Nashville in June, my niece due to arrive in March, working towards some personal goals Glenn & I set and also some fun bloggy things for around here. I am excited, to say the least. I feel good; I’m ready for the next chapter.
Ps; the title of this post totally took me back circa 2006.
