I too, have joined in on the Hipstamatic craze and I thought I’d share with you some recent snapshots I’ve taken with the nifty little app. Enjoy.
One of my best friends Kayte Faye who currently resides in Seattle, scored me this vintage Smith-Corona typewriter in mint condition. I.am.in.love. I need to sit down and learn how to operate it correctly so I can type out sweet letters to my over-seas penpal, Naomi.
Another dear friend of mine, Elise, came upon this beautiful assortment of vintage train|suitcases from an estate sale & so generously donated to me. There is even a perfect little gray suitcase! Aren’t my friends just the sweetest? I’m a lucky girl.
The other day I helped my best friend Shawni re-organize her bedroom and couldn’t help but envy her bedspread. Darling, isn’t it? Reminds me of kiwi fruit.
This one clearly isn’t a Hipstamatic print however it’s still a photo from my phone that made me smile. Mister sent it to me yesterday; it’s the motto we’ve adopted for ourselves & our relationship, “Love the one you’re with” to which he added, “Loving the one I’m with” {excuse the iPhone auto-correct typo} ♥
What are some things making you smile lately?
Morning hikes with my boyfriend, yogurt with fresh fruit and granola, roasted sweet potatoes, and simplifying my life :)
That I’ve been running again, pampelmousse rose sparkling water, roses from my amazing boyfriend four our 6 year mark, tall grass.
camera apps are the one thing that droidy droid seriously lacks in!
Olga got James a typewriter for his birthday this year! You guys can help each other figure them out, they are a little confusing. Have fun!

Mine are mint juleps, picnics, and music(always).
I’m awaiting to update my phone to an Android, but rumor is tmobile will be carrying the iPhone soon. I may have to budge for this. Although, the new iPod touch will have a camera. I’m babbling now.
